Introducing the ACE Showcase at the Special Air Warfare Symposium!

New for 2025, the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) Showcase highlights cutting-edge industry technologies and solutions designed to enhance operational agility and readiness for the SOF Mission Sustainment Teams. GSOF developed this concept in close partnership with our AFSOC hosts to provide them with direct visibility of solutions from our partners and industry relationships.
This exciting addition to the Symposium provides an interactive platform for industry leaders to display innovations that align with ACE concepts. This unique offering will empower attendees to explore the future of agile warfare, generate business development discussions, and provide acquisition opportunities that are in direct support of known requirements.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
GSOF coordinated large-scale outdoor spaces that allow for this critical technology and mission support equipment to be on full display. Participating organizations will have the ability to show their products and services at scale to attendees. Our goal is to provide stake holders, industry partners and members of the SOF aviation and logistics community with a dynamic setting to learn and interact with gap solving solutions. AFSOC is specifically looking to see lighter, more compact, reduced energy consumption, attritable, transportable technologies for:
- Shelter (Personnel, Equipment, and Aircraft)
- Power, including Alternative Power Solutions
- Physical Security / Defense
- …and more!
If you have what they need, check out the Prospectus (page 5) or contact the event Sales Manager, Trevor Burnett, at tburnett@gsof.org.

ACE Capabilities of Interest
AFSOC is specifically looking to see lighter, more compact, reduced energy consumption, attritable, transportable technologies for the below.
Click each dropdown to get more details.
- Small-footprint or self onload/ofload MHE.
- Austere refueling for mission generation at the edge with a self-onload/offload capability (empty) that could be used to rapidly regenerate aircraft at austere locations.
- Any signature minimization equipment to mask, eliminate, or re-route typical electromagnetic or EO/IR signatures present operating at contingency locations.
- Single stand-alone communications station handling unclassified and classified networks in an extremely small SWAP that could work with military or commercial comm networks.
- Personnel, Equipment, and Aircraft
- Kitchens
- Showers
- Latrines
- Waste / disposal
- Smaller water purification for approximately 38 Airmen
- Smaller SWAP power source
- Smaller footprint ECU
- Smaller security system – automated security systems with remote sensors.
- sUAS for self-protection
- c-UAS to detect, deny, and defend contingency location against UAS observations and potential attacks
- Compact CBRN decontamination – austere decontamination with very small kit.
- Quick Employment Physical Deterrence – rapidly deployable camouflaged perimeter defense kit/system
- Traverse and Elevation Systems for 240L and 249 to increase lightweight capability for supporting both weapons for self-defense operations.
The 5 Ws:
WHAT: Agile Combat Employment (ACE) Industry Showcase. ACE: a proactive and reactive operational scheme of maneuver executed within threat timelines to increase survivability while generating combat power.
WHEN: February 26-27, 2025 in conjunction with 2025 Special Air Warfare Symposium
WHERE: Destin / Ft. Walton Beach Convention Center, Ft. Walton Beach, FL
WHO: Industry Static Displays and Small Scale Demos showcasing sustainment requirements to execute wartime missions
WHY: Solve for lean, lighter, more compact, stackable, reduced energy consumption, attritable, transportable technologies essential to the agility of Rapid Deployment Squadron and Mission Sustainment Teams in austere environments
