Special Air Warfare Symposium

COVID Guidelines and Precautions

**Attendees are required to provide proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours prior to check-in, onsite at the Symposium.

Regarding COVID precautions, we are monitoring the State of Florida, local Government, and the CDC's most current guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and attendees. The COVID situation and guidelines are very fluid, and we will integrate any and all emerging precautions as recommended/mandated.

The following is required of all attendees, staff and volunteers participating in the Symposium.

  • All participants in the Symposium are required to present either proof of vaccination, a negative COVID PCR test taken within 48 hours of check-in onsite, or a doctor's note verifying that you had COVID within the past 90 days (but are not longer contagious), to attend  the Symposium.

  • If you have symptoms, recently tested positive, or feel like you may have recently been exposed, please do not attend.

  • If you feel you are high-risk, we ask that you make a responsible decision on your participation and take appropriate precautions if you do decide to attend.

  • All participants are required to wear a mask unless actively eating or drinking while attending a Symposium function.

  • Attendees are required to sign a COVID waiver.

  • Social distancing will be implemented.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available and frequent hand washing is encouraged.
