Required Exhibitor Information

Items Needed for Online and Printed Material 

Once a contract is received, you will be contacted by Trevor Burnett to collect your company profile and logo.

  • Company Logo: Provide a color logo in .eps format (with fonts and artwork outlined) or .tif file 300 dpi or higher for the program guide and signage. 
  • Company Description: A brief description of your company at 60 words or less and web address.
  • Website URL: Provide a website URL for attendees to check out your products and/or services.

Deadline to be included in printed materials: February 7.

Exhibitor Services Manual

Shipping and Furniture Orders

Heritage Exposition Services will serve as the exclusive exhibits services provider (Shipping, Labor, Rentals, Janitorial Services). The Exhibitor Services Manual is a tool to ensure your success and make your experience as smooth as possible. We ask that you review the information noting specifics with regard to shipping, receiving and ordering amenities for your exhibit space. Click here for more details.

Note: Table top sizes are 8' x 10' for this event. All table tops come with (1) 6' draped table, (2) chairs and a waste basket.

Electrical, Internet, Utilities and Audio Visual Rentals

Electrical, Internet, Utilities, Audio Visual Equipment rentals are offered by the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center.  

Trade show electric price is dependent upon requirements. Exhibitors must turn off all booth lights at the close of the show each day. Exhibitors needing overnight electric service should indicate such on their request form. 

Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center. Hard wired internet lines are available to order.

Audiovisual equipment is provided in-house by the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center.

We encourage you to stay in one of the hotels GSOF has contracted with to get the most of your experience.  Network with attendees after hours and enjoy per diem rates. Note: Industry Matchmaking and the Welcome Reception will take place at our Host Hotel.
