How to Modify Your Registration

Need to make a change, add a meal ticket, or sign up for an extra session?

  1. Visit the Portal: Go to our Registration Website.
  2. Access Your Account: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Already registered?” link.
  3. Log In: Enter the email address used for your original registration and your Confirmation Number (found in your initial confirmation email).
  4. Navigate to Modifications: Once logged in, you will be on the Confirmation page. Scroll down to the Registration Modification section and click the Modify Registration button.
  5. Update & Save: Make your desired changes, resubmit the form, and complete any necessary payments to finalize the update.

Registration & Badge Pick-Up Hours

These hours are subject to change:

Tuesday, 10 FEB: 0830 – 1600
Wednesday, 11 FEB: 0700 – 1800
Thursday,12 FEB: 0700 – 1530

  • Onsite rates apply Feb 10–12, 2026 at the venue
  • Refunds: Full refund (less administrative fee) available until Jan 10, 2026; no refunds after that date.
  • Badge Policy: Badges must be worn at all times. Security screening/restricted sessions may apply.
  • Code of Conduct: All participants must follow event and venue rules. Prohibited items include firearms, drones, and classified material.
